Refunds

When an order is canceled on Osdire, you can choose how the refunded funds are handled. On the order page, select either return to your original payment provider or keep the funds in your Osdire account for future purchases and receive a 10% bonus.

How refunds Work

Osdire does not automatically return funds to your payment provider (for example, credit card, PayPal, or other supported methods) when an order is canceled. Once your order is successfully canceled, you can select where the fund returns to:

  • Osdire Wallet with extra 10% credit bonus

  • Original payment provider

When you place a new order, any available funds in your Osdire Wallet, including funds from canceled orders, are automatically applied to the purchase.

Requesting a refund to your payment provider

Refund requests are processed automatically and are subject to payment provider processing times. After your request is submitted, you may receive the funds in your payment account within up to 14 - 28 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Payment source and refund currency

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment source used for the transaction. Osdire cannot change the card, bank account, or payment method to which the refund is sent. Refunds are processed in the original transaction currency. Any exchange rate differences or processing fees applied by your payment provider are outside Osdire’s control.

Refund history

You can view your refund transactions by navigating to My Wallet -> Transaction History.
