Delivery is one of the most important moments in your workflow — it represents your professionalism, the quality of your craft, and your reliability as a freelancer. This guide walks you through how to deliver work properly, communicate clearly, and finalise orders smoothly.

What a Good Delivery Looks Like

A strong delivery ensures your buyer receives exactly what was promised. High-quality deliveries include:

  • Work that fully matches the agreed scope (deliverables, format, revisions, extras).

  • Files that are organised, labelled clearly, and provided in the promised formats.

  • A professional, friendly message summarising what’s included and how to use it.

  • Any helpful extras, such as usage notes, passwords, or source file instructions.

A clear delivery reduces revision requests and increases positive reviews.

How to Submit a Delivery

When you’re ready to deliver:

  • Confirm that all agreed deliverables are complete and high quality.

  • Open Dashboard → My Tasks → Active, then select the order you are ready to deliver for.

  • Click Deliver Now and upload all files.

  • In the message field, write a summary of what you’re delivering and any instructions.

  • Submit the delivery. The order will show Delivered until the buyer reviews it.

Use Save Draft if you want to double-check everything before submitting.

If you missed a file or need to resubmit, choose Deliver Again — and message the buyer explaining the update.

Quality Checks & Best Practices

Increase successful outcomes by:

  • Double-checking your work for accuracy and completeness.

  • Ensuring file names and formats match what was agreed.

  • Using friendly, clear communication in your delivery message.

  • Making an attempt to exceed the expectations.

  • Keeping all discussions and file transfers on Osdire for full transparency.

If Something Goes Wrong

If an issue arises:

  1. Message the buyer via the task page right away.

  2. Clarify the problem and propose a fix.

  3. Use Deliver Again if you need to update your files.

  4. If the issue continues, the buyer may initiate the Resolution Centre — if this happens, requests or disputes should be addressed promptly.

  5. If a resolution isn’t reached, you or the buyer can escalate to Osdire Support.

Osdire Support reviews the full order history and helps determine next steps, which may include revision, partial refund, full refund, or order cancellation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What if the buyer doesn’t respond after I deliver?

If the buyer doesn’t respond within the review window, the delivery may be automatically accepted and payment will be released to you.

Q: Can I submit multiple deliveries?

Yes. Ideally you submit once, but if you made an error, communicate clearly and use Deliver Again to upload corrections.

Q: What if I deliver after the deadline?

Late delivery may impact your rating. If you expect a delay, request an extension early. If a delivery is very late, buyers may cancel and receive a full refund.

Key Takeaway

Great deliveries lead to great reviews. Deliver on time, communicate clearly, and always keep work on-platform to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
