Finding Freelancers and Services on Osdire

You can browse through a broad range of freelance categories and subcategories on the navigation bar at the top of our web page. If you're browsing on mobile, you can also look through our categories by clicking the burger button on the top left of your screen.

I you already nave something more specific in mind, type the keywords relevant to the service you need, press enter, and the search will narrow down search results to showcase the top treelancers within that query.

Once you land on your search results, whether via the search bar or the menu navigation, use the filters on the top of the page to further refine your query.
Tip: Applying filters allows you to narrow down your search results. Click the (X) to remove it.
Services: Choose your preferred category and service options to fine-tune your search results.
Freelancer details: Filter by freelancer skill levels, language, availability, and average star rating to determine the best fit for your needs.
Budget: Set the price range to cater the search results to fit within your budget.
Delivery Time: Do you have a specific timeline to complete your project? Set your preferred delivery time to find the freelancer that a guarantee your project is completed on time.
Know your freelancer
Freelancer Profiles allow you to review key details such as their location, languages, and response times
Packages provide you with an overview of options that each freelancer offers. Explore the range of packages, from Basic to Premium.
Reviews and Ratings are a great way to learn about what you can expect working with the freelancer will be like. Read through verified reviews to help you pick the best fit.
FAQs, within a freelancer’s Offer listing, provides you with answers to some of their most commonly asked question. Got a question you can’t find an answer to? You can also message the freelancer directly.
Placing an Order
Ordering your desired Offer is easy and straightforward. Once you've determined the Offer you're happy to move forward with, simply:
1. Select your Offer by clicking on the listing you like.
2. Choose your package: Basic Standard or Premium, then click continue.
3. Finalize your order: Add extras if needed, confirm payment method. Click Confirm & Pay. Note: A small service fee will apply to each order.

Managing an order as a buyer
Your order progress: Once an order is placed, the order status will change each time different actions are made by the buyer or the freelancer.

Completing your order: When your freelancer has delivered the project you will have an option to accept the delivery or request a revision.

Open the specific order
Locate the freelancer's project delivery
Accept or request a revision. If you are satisfied with the work the freelancer has delivered, simply click accept to close the order. However, if you decide that you would like changes to be made, press the revisions button (?). Find out more on How to Request Revisions.
Once the freelancer has completed the work to your satisfaction, they will receive the order earnings. Optionally, you will then be prompted to rate and review your experience.
Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations should be seen as a measure of last resort, given their potential to negatively effect the buyer experience and a freelancer's valuable time and potential earnings.
Though there are tips to decrease the potential of cancellations, if you do need a refund, you can learn about what to do after a cancellation and all about the refund process.
